DLQ ARCHITECTURAL CEILING DIFFUSER
DLQ is a rectangular architectural diffuser for circular duct connections D250 mm.
The diffuser is manufactured of steel and finished with epoxy paint in RAL/NCS color.
The DLQ diffuser is especially designed to meet the highest criteria of good indoor climate in cruise ship applications.
The short throw levels guarantee low air residual velocities in cabins, which also reduces draft. DLQ diffuser is to be installed in a false ceiling (B-0, B-15), and with it form an integral impression.
The low noise level of less than 40 dB(A) is achieved through the operating level of the diffuser which is between 250 – 300 m3/h. Air is supplied into the space through the diffuser slots on the front plate. The detachable front plate is fixed to the sleeve with clips.
The DLQ diffuser is fully compatible with cabin units.

EVA EXHAUST UNIT
The exhaust unit shall have a telescopic casing made of galvanised steel.
The unit comprises internal removable adjustment module and detachable perforated front panel.
The front panel shall be attached to the casing with clips.
The unit shall have a fixed measurement tap for airflow measurement.
The airflow shall be adjustable by rotating the adjustment spindle.

TBM SQUARE CEILING DIFFUSER
TBM is a square ceiling diffuser for circular duct connections D160…250 mm.
The diffuser is manufactured from steel and finished with paint in white RAL 9010 standard colour. Other colours are available on request.
The galvanized steel coupling sleeve is equipped with a rubber gasket compound. The diffuser has a solid front plate. The detachable frontplate is fixed to upper plate springs; cleaning of the diffuser and cabin unit can be carried out through the diffuser.
TBM is especially designed for low spaces and is therefore an excellent choice for marine, navy and offshore applications. The TBM is fully compatible with cabin units. A manual cabin unit control knob is available as an option.

TCL RECTANGULAR CEILING DIFFUSER FOR HMC CABIN UNIT
TCL is a rectangular ceiling diffuser for circular duct connection D160 mm.
The diffuser is manufactured from steel and finished with epoxy paint in white RAL9010 as a standard colour. Other colours are available on request.
The galvanized steel coupling sleeve is equipped with a rubber gasket compound.
The diffuser has a solid front plate. The detachable front plate is fixed to the upper plate with screws; cleaning of the diffuser and cabin unit can be carried out through the diffuser. TCL is especially designed for low smaller spaces and is therefore an excellent choice for crew cabins.

ULA VALVE
The supply and exhaust valve shall have a detachable front panel and collar made of painted steel, with a white (RAL 9010) standard colour.
The collar shall have fixing springs and comprise a sealing gasket to be fixed directly to the duct.
The front panel shall have a sound attenuation panel to reduce duct noise.
When used for supply, the desired flow pattern shall be adjusted by rotating the front panel and using the internal sector plate (180° or 360°).

URH VALVE
The URH exhaust valve shall have an adjustable central cone and sleeve made of painted steel, with a white (RAL 9010) standard colour. The URH shall be fitted with a galvanised steel installation frame. The installation frame shall incorporate a sealing gasket.
Alternative: The valve shall be fixed with springs directly into a duct.
The opening position of the central cone shall be adjusted during balancing in order to achieve required pressure loss and airflow rate. After balancing the central cone shall be locked to the selected adjustment position.

WDD GRILLE
Horizontal air supply, suitable also for exhaust. Adjustable vertical front and horizontal rear vanes.
The grille shall be made of extruded aluminium, with an anodised or epoxy-painted with a white (RAL9010) standard colour.
The bevel angles of the outer frame shall be welded so that the joints are almost invisible.
The WDD grille shall have horizontal and vertical adjustable vanes.The rear vanes shall direct the supply air jet horizontally. The length and form of the air pattern shall be adjusted by turning the front vanes.
OPTIONALLY
The supply air jet shall be controlled according to supply air temperature by a wax-bulb actuator.
ALTERNATIVE 1
The grille shall be connected to the ductwork using a plenum, with mineral wool as sound insulation material.
ALTERNATIVE 2
The grille shall be connected to the ductwork using a balancing plenum, which comprises sound attenuation material made of polyester fibre with a washable surface.
The plenum shall comprise an airflow measurement and adjustment unit.The grille shall be removable in order to provide access to the measurement and adjustment module in the plenum.

WSD GRILLE
Horizontal air supply, suitable also for exhaust. Adjustable horizontal vanes.

The WSD grille shall have horizontal adjustable vanes and a 25 mm wide radius frame (which shall incorporate a sealing gasket).

The grille shall be connected to the ductwork using a balancing plenum, which comprises sound attenuation material made of polyester fibre with a washable surface.

The grille shall be removable in order to provide access to the measurement and adjustment module in the plenum.

WTS GRILLE
Horizontal air supply from wall, suitable also for exhaust. Fixed front vanes, stable throw pattern with no vertical deflection and adjustable rear vanes.
The grille shall have adjustable horizontal front vanes and adjustable vertical rear vanes, and an 18 mm wide flat frame, epoxy-painted with a white (RAL 9010) colour.
The frame shall be made of steel. The vertical vanes shall be made of steel.
Where the length of the grille is smaller than 600 mm, the horizontal vanes shall be made of steel.Where the length of the grille is greater than 600 mm, the horizontal vanes shall be made of aluminium.
The supply air jet shall be directable by changing the vane angles of the front and rear vanes. The grille shall be connected to the duct using an installation frame.

The grille shall be connected to the ductwork using a plenum, with mineral wool as sound insulation material.
