BDR PLENUM FOR GRILLES
Ideal for spaces that need customization in grille sizes.
The BDR plenum shall be made of galvanised steel.
The plenum shall comprise an airflow measurement and adjustment unit.
The grille shall be detachable to provide access to the measurement and adjustment module in the plenum.
The plenum shall have mineral wool as sound insulation material.
The plenum shall reduce duct pressure and air velocity in order to supply air through the whole face area of the grille and improve the air distribution quality.

HFD MIXING CAV AND VAV BOX FOR DUAL DUCT SYSTEMS
Circular mixing VAV and CAV box for dual duct systems with fast commissioning due to factory-set airflow limits (min./max. airflow rates).
Pressure-independent operation.
Tight shut-off operation at closed damper position. Ideal for renovation projects.
The dual duct mixing unit shall be made of galvanised steel with airflow measurement probes of aluminium.
Duct connections D = 100…500 mm shall include airtight neoprene or EPDM rubber gaskets.
Damper blades shall include rubber gaskets.
The dual duct unit shall comprise airflow measurements, flow controllers and damper actuators.
Design airflow range limits shall be calibrated at the factory.
The casing shall be acoustically insulated with 25-mm-thick mineral wool to avoid airborne noise emission into the duct and radiation of noise through the damper casing.
When specified, unit design shall have additional external insulation containing 40 mm of acoustic material and a galvanised steel cover applied over the standard casing.
The dual duct unit shall be equipped with a sound attenuator in order to meet the sound level requirement for the room. As an option, the sound attenuator shall contain a central baffle.

HFRM MULTI-CONNECTION CABIN UNIT
The HFR/M is an automatic or semi-automatic single duct cabin unit with 1-3 outlet connections for terminal units.
The cabin unit includes a integrated reheater.
Automatic operation is facilitated by continuous airflow measurement and damper regulation by intelligent control panel.
Automatic HFR/M adapts to variations in ductwork pressure and maintains individual conditions in each cabin and is thus pressure independent.
Semi-automatic cabin unit does not include airflow measurement and is thus pressure dependent.
HFR/M is an excellent choice for suites, deluxe cabins and office areas where the total airflow needs to be distributed to several points, but controlled centrally with one control panel.

HMC SINGLE DUCT CABIN UNIT
The HMC is a manually operated cabin unit for single duct applications.
The unit can be installed directly through one ceiling blade (300 mm).
Airflow is controlled via an adjusting knob installed through the diffuser.
The control mechanism has mechanical limits for minimum and maximum airflows.
Airflow limits can be easily set during commissioning.
HMC is recommended to be used in conjunction with TCL diffuser that is specifically designed for HMC cabin unit.
TBM/K and TDM/K diffusers are also available to be used with HMC.

HME SINGLE DUCT CABIN UNIT
The HME can be used for air distribution and sound attenuation in various applications such as suites and pantries.
The unit operates as a plenum box with a balancing and measurement module inside but also fulfils fire safety requirements as standard cabin unit.
The supply volume flow rate is determined during commissioning by using the measurement and adjustment device. The flow measurement tubes and control spindle can be accessed through the unit outlet.
Using the pressure difference readings between the measurement taps and the k coefficient, the corresponding volume flow rate can be calculated.
Rotating the control spindle adjusts the volume flow rate until the desired setting is achieved.

The HMM is a manually operated cabin unit for single duct applications.
Airflow is controlled via an adjusting knob installed on the diffuser.
The control mechanism has mechanical limits for minimum and maximum airflows.
These limits can be easily set during commissioning.
HMM is recommended to be used in conjunction with TBM/K or TDM/K diffusers, as the mechanism has to be fixed to the diffuser structure.
The airflow is adjusted with diffuser knob.
The HMM cabin unit can be supplied with reheater – controlled by control panel.

HMR DUAL DUCT CABIN UNIT
The HMR is an automatic dual duct cabin unit.
The airflow is continuously measured from the warm air spigot, as well as for total air volume.
Automatic HMR adapts to variations in ductwork pressure and maintains individual conditions in each cabin and is thus pressure independent.
